The scene is stuck in this screen and cannot move to next step in PC or iPad.
I have the same issues with some specific steps in my jig. Tried to use the models as small as possible, but it still stucks. Hope they can fix it soon.

Sorry to hear you are having a loading error.
Can you confirm what version of JigSpace you are using, and how many models is in your presentation?
The workshop can take a fair amount of models, depending on your device. For example on an iPad Pro or desktop computer you could comfortably handle several million polygons (or triangles) in total of your models.
If you can share you Jig, that would make it even easier to help diagnose the problem - either way, we’re here to help!
