Accessing JigSpace through a proxy or firewall

If you’re a school or business and your network is behind a proxy or firewall, you might be prompted with the following message:

Couldn’t connect to JigSpace server

To resolve this you need to allow the JigSpace servers to communicate with your devices. To do so please ask the person in charge of the network to whitelist the following addresses:

https://jig.space
https://api.jig.space
https://auth.jig.space
https://jig.space/*
https://api.jig.space/*
https://auth.jig.space/*

Make sure to also open ports 80 and 443

If you are still experiencing connectivity issues, please post on the forums or get in touch with us directly at support@jig.space
